Shipping is free for USA customers at $50+
International Shipping is offered at a higher rate. (We do not set the rates)

We offer USPS Shipping. All packages are tracked.
Order Confirmation and tracking is sent via email. REMINDER: Please check your junk mail if you don’t receive yours.
ONLY Orders that are shipped USPS PRIORITY have insurance protection. (Up to a certain amount via USPS.) Buyers are responsible for purchasing any additional insurance.
WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR LOST OR STOLEN ITEMS
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We are not responsible for delays due to customs. We are not responsible for paying these fees.
Returns, Exchanges, & Cancellation Policy
Cancellation: To cancel an order please contact us within 24 hours of purchase. We do not accept cancellations after 24 hours.
Returns: For returns please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We do not accept returns or exchanges after 7 Days of delivery. You must ship return items back within: 14 days of delivery. You should expect to receive your refund within 2 weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
Exchanges: I don't accept exchanges. But please contact me if you have any problems with your order.

LIVE SALE INVOICES ARE DUE WITHIN 24 HOURS
Invoices are made here 3-5 hours after the live sale and are due within 24 hours
Failure to pay your invoice will result in banning from future live sales.
What are live sales? Join us 3-4 times a month for live shopping hosted on Instagram! Live sale shows last 4-5 hours. Join us for awesome crystals, trivia, giveaways, crystal properties, and fun times.
During the live sale I show each item one by one and I show the price that goes with the crystals (example: 34xx)
Just comment the price and item code to claim. (claiming the item is commenting to purchasing the item)
First person to show up on my screen gets the claim. (No switches or put-backs. please claim responsibly)
